We received a soft surprise in the mail yesterday. Lily is always so excited to wear sweaters knitted by my mom. She does not like to wear wool... it itches! Cashmere, too warm! And cotton, which she loves, is not really warm enough in the winter. Bamboo is perfect... it looks like cotton but much softer and I hope, warmer.
What a gorgeous sweater! Your mother is very talented and this sweet gift is adorable. I agree about the Bamboo; it's really nice yarn.

That's a very pretty cardigan...the yarn does look really soft and comfortable...what a lovely present.
