I had this idea of a gourd covered with flowers and little birds resting on it... All the supplies waited patiently and here we are! I truly enjoy working with glue, paper and water... it feels nice to make a mess once in a while and not worry about neat seams, etc! I put this first gourd in our guest room and I definitely want to make more. There is something whimsical about them that I like very much!
